Complaints

If you’re ever unhappy, please tell me first — I’ll always listen and do my best to put things right.

How to raise a concern

You can speak to me directly at the end of a session, or contact me any time by phone or email:

What happens next

I’ll acknowledge your concern, listen properly to what’s happened, and reply with how I intend to put it right. If a concern can’t be resolved between us, I’ll discuss it with my professional supervisor and come back to you.

I work under regular professional supervision with two highly experienced supervisors, and I practise within a clear ethical framework. You can read more on my qualifications page.

Your information

Raising a concern doesn’t affect how your information is handled — see Privacy & Confidentiality for how your details are stored and used, and your rights over them.
